We are also providing you the option to cancel an order or return the item if you are not satisfied with the buy after the delivery.  The return policy is easy, effective and free. We arrange for the pickup of the items you wish to return and you won’t have to bear the courier charges for the same.  At Success, we strive to ensure you with utmost satisfaction in everything right from the merchandise you have ordered to every service we offer to you.

At www.pumposh.com  we offer transparent cancellation and return policy and therefore if any of our esteemed client is not entirely gratified with the purchase then they can cancel the order or return the item. It is unlikely that when you have ordered an item from our site , it will reach you in a defective or damaged condition . Still, after delivery if you find that the merchandise delivered is somehow different from what you have expected it to be then you may return it without any doubt  and  can get the refund or else you can even exchange it for another item of same or higher value.

The cancellation and return procedure go like this,
Contact us through our website with the order ID, details of the product and the reason for cancellation and return. Our customer care executives will get back to you ASAP and will arrange for a pickup of the merchandise. You will get a notification from our end through mail or call and then confirm your availability for the pickup of the item by our team. On pickup, you will get a receipt, keep it with you until you get further confirmation from our end about the receipt of the consignment.

Please retain a copy of the sales invoice for future references as the original invoice needs to be provided along with the return merchandise to the pickup team. Once the return or exchange request will be processed the original invoice will be sent to you via courier.

After the return item and the sales invoice reach us  the  purchase and the condition of the product will be verified  and then the exchange or refund will be processed .   If the purchase is made using debit or credit card then the refund will be made to the account directly. We won’t be liable for any delay at the bank’s end.

In case you are looking for an exchange  please indicate the replacement item properly  to  the customer care executive.  He/she will check the availability of the stock and will confirm you whether the exchange is possible or not.
